The Business Outreach Program is designed to promote community economic development through Proposition A/AA Bond Program and, to seek the maximum possible participation by Local, Small, Emerging and Disabled-Veteran owned (L/S/E/DV) businesses. View Board of Trustees Policy!

LACCD Proposition A/AA Community Economic Development Program welcomes your business to participate in its $2.2 billion bond program. If you are a contractor looking for workers, please contact Michael Flores at (213) 996-2482.

Additionally, if you are a contractor or a sub-contractor working on the Proposition A/AA Bond program, the Project Labor Agreement (PLA) local hiring goals may apply to you.  On many Proposition A/AA projects, contractors and sub-contractors are expected to use Craft Request Forms when requesting workers from the union locals. If so,please contact Camille Leon at (213) 593-8509.
